Yesterday I experienced the most amazing energy through my body & release of emotions, that I have ever felt thanks to my beautiful friend Reanne.

I experienced my first Cacao breathwork Ceremony, which is a plant base medicine. Through opening the heart, cacao enables you to hear your true self, work through blockages and past traumas, dissolve any pent up negative energy, and help us align with who we truly are.

My experience was so powerful….it’s hard to put into words. I cannot thank Reanne enough for doing this with me 🌸💗⭐️
