I participated in a cacao breath work ceremony with Reanne in October 2020.

I hadn’t done a cacao ceremony before and was unsure what to expect, but was amazed to discover it was incredibly powerful.

Throughout the ceremony I felt a release of emotions and found myself able to surrender and let go of built up energy that I had been carrying.

Near the end of the ceremony I felt my chakras open and had the sensation of an awakening of consciousness and a powerful reconnection with source energy.

I feel so grateful to Reanne for introducing me to this amazing experience in a safe and supportive environment.
