All welcome to attend a sacred cacao breathwork ceremony on Sunday 25th April. Some spaces are already reserved to attend so please book to avoid disappointment.

As a healing tool Cacao is effectual on so many levels. It is reputed to assist with many levels of change in the body both physical spiritual and psychological. Raw cacao has been used for centuries and is chock full of antioxidants know as flavanolds which are beneficial to your body on many levels. It is a heart opening plant medicine which has been shown to reduce stress, boost both mental health and physical health.

Breathwork accesses the deepest recesses of the body and mind enabling clearing of issues on many levels. If you are looking for a powerful transformational journey then circular breathwork combined with cacao is a method to release stress, tension and trauma from the body.

In this 2.5 hour experience you will be taken on a journey through music, sound frequencies through crystal chalices, drumming, movement, altering the senses, releasing stress and trauma, alkalising the blood, lowering blood pressure, recalibrating the energy fields of your body and returning the body into a state of bliss. An experiential journey where wisdom and healing are gained in alignment with each individual’s inner experience and needs.

Please arrive Sunday 25th April 11:15am prompt start at 11:30am after which the doors will be closed.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Cardiovascular issues, high abnormal blood pressure, bi-polar depression, glaucoma, recent surgery, active addictions, history of seizures, heavy medication, anyone with mental illness who isn’t in active support.

What to bring:
* Please wear comfortable unrestricted clothing and bring a light jumper in case you get cold
* Yoga mat (subject to COVID restrictions you must bring your own)
* Water bottle

NB: Please eat light on the day and please don’t drink any alcohol
